Yes AP Students are elgible to get the admission through TS ICET. However as you belong to other state you need to submit the Residence Certificate to particpate in the TS ICET counselling. Anyways I’m providing the entire list of documents which are needed to submitted at the time of counselling,

1. TS ICET 2019 Rank Card

2. TS ICET 2019 Hall Ticket

3. Aadhaar Card

4. Degree marks memos & pass certificate

5. Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate

6. SSC or its equivalent Marks memo

7. Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate

8. Degree Memorandum of marks

9. Degree Provisional Pass Certificate

10. Study or Bonafide Certificate from IX class to Degree

11. Transfer Certificate (T.C)

12. Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2019 by competent authority, if applicable

13. Residence Certificate of the candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalised education
