There is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible to apply for JEE Main. You must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board to appear for JEE Main. Candidates appearing in 10+2 or its examination are also eligible to apply for JEE Main.
If you are seeking admission in to a private institute accepting JEE Main you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria specified by the institute in which you are seeking admission and the eligibility criteria is different for each institute.
