Hello Aspirant,
Unfortunately, the last date for NEET 2019 application form correction was January 31st, 2019.
Even though there are some details that you anyway would not be able to edit or correct such details are mobile number, email id, medium of question paper and choice of exam center.
You can either contact the higher authorities but in my opinion, the mistake in phone number won't be a very big problem but stay updated as you might not receive the updates on mobile anymore.
