Conversion of CGPA to percentage for CCMT
GATE 2025: Syllabus | Sample Papers
For finding or converting the CGPA to percentage
The percentage of marks can be calculated as follows:
- Subject wise percentage of marks = 9.5 * GP of the subject
- Overall percentage of marks = 9.5 * CGPA
Example:
If a student have got total 9.6 CGPA,
Total CGPA = 9.6
it means his/her total percentage of marks = 9.5*Total CGPA
total percentage of marks= 9.5*9.6
total percentage = 91.2%
this was and is followed in CBSE I think this may be followed in your university if not than take the writen letter and than apply for exam.
Best of luck
