Since last year result declaration pattern for JEE-Main has been changed by NTA, now percentile instead of marks are declared in result to avoid unfair ranking. So to calculate your approximate rank from percentile we have general formula mentioned below :-
(100 - your percentile)*869010/100
Here, 869010 is the number of candidates appeared for JEE-Main January 2020 session.

There is no rank vs percentile formula. We predict rank based on past year trend and results. It is not accurate exactly but is approximation of what is possible.
Although we have following formula to calculate rank using our percentile.
JEE Main 2020 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X no. of students appeared in the paper /100
