With 21783rank it is very difficult to get agriculture government seat based on last year cut offs.

Based on the rank you scored and taking your category into consideration, it is not possible to get any of the branches. Since the cutoff for every branch was observed at a rank below 6500.If you have farmers quota then it might help a bit and note that this information is based on previous year's data and variations occur every year.
