BabaFarid University of Health Sciences has released a provisional merit list of the candidates who have qualified Neet and belong to the state Punjab. The final merit list will be released only after the document verification. You can check the link below for Punjab Neet Merit list. State rank depends on various factors like number of candidates appeared for the examination, highest score obtained etc. So it is quite difficult to predict any rank.
