according to the brochure released by MCC , they have answerd in the FAQ section that if a candidates wants to participate for both governement and deemed colleges they will have to pay fee of higher one i.e. of deemed .
Q. No. 3:- In case candidate had to apply for both Govt. Medical/Dental/Nursing and for Deemed University should the candidate pay the fee for both?
No. As per the policy, the candidate has to pay only the higher fee. In this case the candidate will have to pay fee for Deemed University i.e. Rs. 5000/- (counselling/registration) plus Rs. 2,00,000/- (security amount).
