No there is no relation of your 12th marks with your meet exams. Both completely unrelated.

U just need to get a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible to give Neet.

No you dont need any 12th std exam mark if you passed neet exam but have minimum 60% marks for eligble neet exam . For general category its 60 % and for sc st and obc it will 40%..
