Could you please tell me admission procedure for vit Pune, pict Pune, mit Pune for all India seat.

Hello Tanishka,

I am giving you some guidlines for admission procedure in vit , pict pune.

Also I would like to inform you that mit kothrud is now wpu and there admission procedure is different from others .



Guidlines for admission procedure in vit and pict :

  • First of all , you should appear in the merit list of that college .
  • Once appeared in list , report to the college with necessary documents ,demand draft of college fee .
  • In college you have to  fill a admission form and undergoes scrutiny of documents.
  • Follow the instructions given by coordinator at college.


These are only guidlines as per my knowledge ,in case of more information or any change contact college administration.

Thanks Aniruddha!When you said appear in merit list do you mean MHT CET Rank merit?what is last year cut off of VIT and PICT for all india seat?You said MIT is become MIT WPU then that mean all MIT colleges like MIT Kothrud and MITAOE Alandi comes under this? does it not take MHT CET score now? Could you please share admission precedure for MIT Kothrud?

Last year cutoff marks  of jee main for:

PICT -Computer engg. -184 (1st shift)                                                   178(2nd shift)

               Information tetechnolo - 162
  VIT Computer engg.  -162(1st shift)                                     155 ( 2nd shift)          IT Engg.     -149

Provisional allotment list is displayed by DTE maharashtra which include both MHTCET &All India candidates also.

Last year only MIT COE &MIT MAIN at kothrud has become WPU ,NOT MIT Alandi.
MIT alandi has admission through mht  cet marks.
But MIT coe & main do not give admision through cet marks and jee marks .I think they might have their entrance exam.
Previous year they gave admission by cet & jee marks but this years admission I will inform you when I come to know.
