As you know aerospace engineering is the newly established branch in SASTRA university .Currently this branch has developed a good lab with lots of facilities like aerodynamics gas lab , gas dynamics gas lab and proplusion labs .

And students used to get placed in core companies like Rolls Royce, Lockhead martin, Safran aerospace, ISRO, DRDO, Airport authority of india and many Govt organisations and also they are going for higher studies in IITs and abroad through GATE and GRE .Further you will get placed in top companies depending on your skills where as the average package for aerospace engineering here is about 8LPA and highest package is about 15-20 LPA .
