The procedure to get into AFMC initially is the All India common medical entrance examination that is the NEET exam. You need to score around 600-620+ out of 720 in Neet first of all to get eligible to apply for AFMC college. Then the college will have further sorting rounds as per own convenience like some tests, or Interview rounds, etc after which you can get admission over there.

The course is 5.5 year duration long course including the 1 year Internship.
