The fees of all the colleges you have mentioned above is same i.e. 2.84L. All the colleges are approved by MCI and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
SO ALL THE COLLEGES ARE MORE OR LESS SAME .

I will tell you the basic differences between these colleges.
- J.J.M is better than all as it has a slightly higher ranking and more seats i.e. 245.
- AJ medical colleges has 150 seats and is the only college in the list you have mentioned which has gym.
- BGS and Dr. BR Ambedkar medical college is exactly same with all the things same including fees, seat and ither facilities. Both doesnt have gym. But Dr. BR Ambedkar has less seats i.e. 100 while the other have 150 seats.
- East Point Medical College has same fees as others and it also has 150 seats as BGS and AJ college but it doesnt have some facilities like gym, sports and cafeteria
