NEST is the entrance exam you need to give for getting into NISER Bhubaneswar . The eligibility criteria for nest examination is that Candidates applying must have passed class 12th examination with at least 60% from regular Science stream. Candidates must also have passed the last qualifying examination in the years 2018 or 2019. Also it is mandatory for the candidates applying for NEST 2020 entrance examination to fall under the age limit of NEST 2020 eligibility criteria. Candidates belonging to General / OBC category must be born on or after August 1, 2000. The candidates belonging to the reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ PwD category will get a relaxation of maximum five years.
The significance of National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) conducted jointly by National Institute of Science Education and Research -bhubaneswar, and MUMBAI UNIVERSITY - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai is that it serves an entrance test for admission in Integrated MSc programmes in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics. Candidates that are able to successfully qualify the exams will be offered admission in the above mentioned prestigious universities.

As per your requirement, i would say that the niser exam mentioned above has significant as well as criteria.
Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) conduct an entrance exam in order to provide admission to candidates in five-year long BS-MS dual degree programme offered by them.
On the basis of a candidate’s score in IISER entrance exam (also known as IISER aptitude test), he/she can secure admission at IISER located in Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, or Tirupati.
Candidates who have cleared their Class XII in Science stream are eligible to apply for IISER entrance exam 2019.
As per IISER entrance exam pattern there are a total of 60 objective questions that candidates need to complete in three hours duration.
Candidates are eligible those have passed 10+2 with science stream in 2018 or 2019 with marks equal or above the cut off percentage in their respective boards. Candidates those wish to apply through SCB channel have to appear for IISER Aptitude Test which will be conducted at various centers across the country.
