Hi aspirant,

With the growing world and industries it is also important that we should take care of our nature which is getting polluted day by day. Many global authorities have come together to spread this issue and hence there is increase in use of non polluting and renewable energy sources in India. Three of the major are mentioned below:

  • Solar Energy has gained immense popularity in terms of use as it is efficient in producing energy at reasonable costs and is a long term option.
  • Gobar gas plants commonly seen in villages which produce the natural gas that can be used for many purposes which includes cooking, generating electricity and fuel.
  • Hydro power stations are also been set up across the various parts of the country. These station generate electricity by flow of water on a turbine which rotates and generates electricity by combining to a dynamo.

Hope it helps!!
