On such CRL rank you have very low chances of getting any of the college in JAC counselling because the closing rank for EWS candidate belonging to any other state than Delhi was around 70-75k for last year and in JAC counselling the seats are allotted only through CRL ranks irrespective of your category rank, but yes if you belongs to Delhi then you have good chances in NSUT and DTU.
