According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs and for such rank I would suggest you to either sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges such as Government engineering college, Bharatpur; RTU Kota; BTU Bikaner and some other likewise institutions you can get admission on such ranks but the college will not be very good/satisfied or go with a drop year if you can afford. Prepare yourself for JEE-Main 2021 and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

If you can afford, you can also go for some private colleges such as SRM University, Amity University, VIT Vellore and so on. Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
