Hello,
Choosing the college should be completely your choice. Computer Science and engineering at IIIT Lucknow is a very nice option as CSE offers a variety of opportunities in terms of placements in technology related companies. ECE at NIT Kurukshetra is also good considering the demand of ECE in core Electronics companies. ECE from NIT Kurukshetra is very good in terms of academics and placement opportunities.

Both the options are good. I will prefer you to go for CSE at IIIT Lucknow because CSE is more and demand and comparatively easier.
