Hey !
According to the rules of CSAB round allotment , fees can only be refunded upto round 1. If you would have shown no interest in round 1 , your fee would be refunded but now that its round 2 , no money will be refunded in this case. Either you can take the alloted seat or choose to leave it , there is no option of money refund in either case.
