csab special round first round no seat has been alloted but second round seat be alloted but not interested to this Branch so my money refund as possible sir

hello,
If you have appeared for CSAB special round and has been alloted a seat in second round of counselling then you have to take admission in that institute, if you opt out and cancel your seat then your fee will not be refunded at any circumstances. So its upto you whether you take admission or not.
