Hey Venkat!

Cs and ece both are good branches as they have lot of scope.

Making a choice between CS and ECE depends totally on the person.

If you are good at coding or you have interest in programming and algorithm then go for CS.

But if you don't have interest then go for ECE.

P. S.  Don't make a choice because of pear pressure and all. Just choose what you like not what you want.

Don't get blind by high packages and all.

Hope this helps :)

Hello dear

Both branches have its own matters to go with related to scope opportunities . We must look into our interest . One cannot have abilities to study the computer language . Take that branch in which you have the interest if so u can make the scope and opportunities with ur talents .

Thanks for connecting us

Hi venkat

Greetings

It actually depends, how you like your future to be.

Choosing CSE will lead you towards software companies which will definitely provide you a better pay package than a core ECE company will provide to an average student.

To be precise, you may get a PRIVATE job with a high salary structure.

On the other hand, ECE ,being a core branch, there is a good scope for GOVERNMENT jobs too.For example,

You can appear for competitive examinations such as ES with ECE as your subject.

And the best part is ,you can still apply for software jobs if you are confident with your coding.

But honestly telling ,you will have to be exceptionally good at coding (if you choose ECE) to compete with a CSE guy as far as "PACKAGE" is concerned.

So according to me , conclusion is (Assuming you are not biased for a particular branch):-

1)If you are seeking for a high package - Go for CSE!!

2)If you want a broader range of opportunities - Go for ECE.

All the very best...

Hey.

Depending upon the interest you can choose either cse or ece. Both are the core branches of engineering. If you love programming, coding and networking you can opt for cse. The scope of cse in india is very good right now and as the world is growing its scope is also increasing exponentially. Now taking about the salary, average salary of a computer engineer in india is 3.6 lakh per year which is sufficient for a new engineer.

On the other hand ece is also very common and emerging branch of engineering. If you are good in communication and circuits ece is a good choice. The scope of ece is very high. You can join IT industry, airlines, telecommunication, etc. Indian armed forces also provides jobs for electronics and communication engineers. Jobs in govt. sector are more for ece guys as compared to the cse ones. The average salary of electonics and communication engineers in india is 3 lakh per year.

So first of all find your interest and then taking all these point in mind choose your branch.

Hope this helps. All the best.
