Hi Dhanalakshmi!
Both the Branches are good in their own way! About placements, CSC will give you chances in IT based company as you be dealing with coding and programming throughout the 4 Years! For ECE, you'll get placements from both IT and Core Industries.
Since, ECE has Scope in both IT and Core, you'll have more opportunities then compared to CSC. Or, if you are interested to join in IT Companies, then you can definitely go with CSC! Salary varies from where you work or which college you study. Salaries might range from Rs. 3 lakhs/year to Rs. 20 lakhs/year!
Hope this is helpful!
All the best!

CSE has a lot of specialization under its umbrella such as data science, machine learning, ethical hacking, cloud computing, artificial intelligence , and many more. CSE is all about working with software or its applications. As we all know that "Data is the new oil" and we are in transition phase for digital era, so this stream has a wide scope in future. there are many dream companies for this branch such as microsoft, google, amazon, byju, flipkart, reliance , infosys, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, Wipro, Bosch and a lot more. The salary packages may go uptp 50LPA , it all depend on your academics and the placement opportunities you grab.
ECE: electronics and communication engineering is the second most demanding branch after CSE. It gives you opportunity to work in both electronics core industries as well as with softwares. However, it includes more of electronics/electrical subjects, so if you are good in physics you must opt this.
