The eligibility criteria for CSIR NET is based on -
Candidates must hold an M.Sc or equivalent degree or Integrated BS-MS/BS/BE/BTech/BPharma/MBBS with at least 55% marks for General and OBC candidates, and 50% marks for SC/ST and PWD candidates.
The age criteria are different for JRF and Lecturers

CSIRNET exam is the national level entrance exam conducted by the NTA (National Testing agency) for junior Research fellowship (JRF) and lectureship.
There are some eligibility for CSIRNET exam as:-
•A Candidates must have a degree in BTech/ BE/ B.Pharma/ MBBS/ BS/ Integrated BS-MS/ MSc with minimum score of 55 percentage.
•To apply for JRF, candidates should be maximum 28 years old.
•There is no upper age limit to apply for the lectureship post.
