Siva, you haven't mentioned the subjects that you studied in your 12th. We are guessing Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics because you registered for B.Tech. If that is the case, you can try BCA, B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You can try BA in Languages. These are all 3 year courses. Now if you say short term, you should try Diploma courses like D.Pharmacy, Polytechnic, etc. But again they do not make you a Graduate. So what we would suggest you is to check the official website of IGNOU at http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/studentzone/programmes/5 . It has as many as 20 courses that can be pursued at UG level and they are legitimate. You can pick a course of your interest.
