You should Choose code 5 as your NEET Qualification code in NEET 2022. Candidates who have passed their B.Sc Exam with the PCB Subjects must mark Code 6 in the NEET 2022 application form. CODE 5 is for Anyone who has passed the first year of a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry, BIology/Biotechnology inclusion of practical tests.
Further, since you 1st as well as 2nd year marks in Bsc, you should upload the latest of them, and that is you should upload 2nd year marks of BSc in your NEET application paper.
Further, if you have made any corrections while filling the NEET application paper, then you can correct the same, in the NEET correction application window when it will open.
