currently i am doing mba after engineering but i am very much interested in govt jobs it is very hard to prepare for govt job doing mba and also i am not interested in mba what to do? SHALL I LEAVE MBA AND PREPARE FOR GOVT JOBS??

Hello.
Just remember a thing that leaving everything is not the solution while you will have to move with a grit and will have to fight with each problems come in front of you, many people clear government exam along with doing their bachelors even Btech ,BE  or MBA also, so why you cannot.
yes this is true that it will be little bit difficult for you to prepare simultaneously where are the chances of success are less and and I think you are considering that you can have only one result better either of government exam or MBA.
See  if your passion is about government exam then you should give a highest focus to your government exam and you can give least focus towards your MBA course but you will have to pass it.
