CDS exam can be given by those students who have passed their graduation or are in their final year. Since you have'nt mentioned that you are in which year of your study, it is difficult for me to conclude whether you are eligible or not but in case you are in your final year then you will need to produce relevant certificate during the commencement of the course. Also you need to be of 20 to 24 years of age to be eligible for the examination though some posts are from 19 years of age.

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that for the CDS exam you must be in the final year of your graduation or graduation passed , if you satisfy the above condition than yes you are eligible for the CDS exam but only for the OTA entry , as while in all other entry maths is required  at 10+2
