currently i am in 4th semister of bcom.can i apply for cat exam 2020

Helllo Aspirant,
Bcom is a three year full time graduation course divided into six semesters.
You are not eligible to appear for CAT 2020 as you're in second year and you have not completed your graduation yet. Only final year students are allowed as the month of graduation ending is April or may and CAT or other mba admission start in March till june.
But i would suggest you to that it is the best time to prepare for the CAT. You should practice by giving regular mocks, practice well, Read newspaper, build your vocab, read novels, research, etc.

Hello Aspirant,
Bachelors of Commerce is a 3 year undergraduate program generally consisting of 6 semesters. You can apply for common admission Test (CAT) in your final year of graduation and not second year. So you can fill the forms in 6th semester of your graduation if you want to give CAt. Check the following link for complete details on CAT eligibility criteria:
