Currently I am in class 10th I had been suggested to start preparing for Neet as well as class 11th and 12th as it saves 1 year.Is it true?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
see I will be honest with you and if you are in your 10th standard what is most important and in front of you which will be determining your future for the next couple of years and perhaps the next decade is your class 10th board exam
neglecting that and starting off for preparations regarding your NEET UG will be a folly since if you are not able to get proper marks or proper knowledge at the 10th standard, incomplete factual knowledge acquired from MCQ books will not really help you in class 12 or your NEET.
my advice to you would be concentrate on your class 10th board examination by solving the sample question papers of the previous years or other such guide books which are available in the market.
yes if you are serious about taking UP science then from the day you complete your 10th board examinations start of for preparation regarding your NEET UG by getting yourself admitted to some coaching institute like Aakash or Allen.
In case you are available in self study books like o p Agarwal and op tandon in chemistry, SL Arora in physics, and rastogi in biochemistry along with series of Dinesh and pradeep will help your cause
start giving mock examinations right from your 11th standard to have good question selection and time management skills such that is the prerequisite in doing well in your neet
All the best
See I’ll tell you if you’re determined to do MEDICINE now is your time to start working
11th & 12th should be your investment classes
you have more time in 11th to prepare so do physics properly & side by side because in 12th you have your boards to focus on
STUDY biology only from NCERT
you can do coaching from AAKASH or join Allen online test series to improve your performance & assess yourself
then in 12th standard take class notes & get a good grip on organic chemistry
solve lot of questions
you have time value it & work really hard NEET is the test of your time patience & energy .
Good luck!
