currently I am studying in class 10 , just soon my board examination will be conducted, plz suggest me when should I fill up the neet examination's form.... when shall I be eligible to cover this examination......

you can only be eligible to sit for the NEET examination when you have completed your class 12th with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology along with english. Also while filling the form you should be at least 17 year old.

The eligibility criteria for NEET UG is that candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English from a recognised board or university. Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with atleast 50%, candidates belonging to PWD must have passed with atleast 45% and candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC must have passed with atleast 40%. And age must be 17 years by 31st December, 2020.
So, you will be eligible if you complete your 10+2 with the above mentioned subject and must fulfill the minimum percentage requirement.
