You should take up Jib Opportunities which is strongly recommended and afyer 2 to 4years experience you can take up online certification into tipics like Project management, Leadership,, Communication Skills, etc to boost your further opportunities for senior roles.
You can also choose to take up Masters course in Management from abraod University which is best chouce and offers great ROi if done from top 50 University in USA.
