Currently pursuing a BA in arts & confused about my MA as my area of interest lies both in geography and political sc. Which has more scope?
Both are having good scope, all in terms of job prospects, reasearch prospects, and what not. You can choose any one of them based on which is more interesting to you. If you are still confused, do a thorough research on what are the subjects taught in each one of them and then see which one excites you more. You may also seek help from any teacher or any person whom you know and you think will be having the expertise to help you in this condition.
Both are the good subjects for pursuing MA in Geography & Poltical science. It depends on your interest.
After MA in Poltical science

The choice should be yours as per your interest.
Good Luck!
As both the courses are good but I would suggest you to choose the one in which you have maximum interest and in which you can give your best. Also, before you make any decision you can go through the given below scope of both the courses and accordingly you can decide -
M.A Geography - There are lot of Government and private institutions which recruits candidates from this field. You can also enter into many research centers as geographers. There are different specializations which candidates can choose from. Few of them are Economic, Cultural, Political, Historical, Tourism, Transportation, Regional, Medical geography and Geomorphology etc. This is a vast subject and lot of opportunities are available after higher studies. With just a degree there might be less opportunity available. You can also join in different NGO’s and rural development departments. With a Ph.D you can also enter in to teaching.
M.A in Political Science - Political science is the study of political values, institutions, processes, and policies. Studying politics encourages the development of both specific and transferable skills. Teaching, research and publishing are typical occupations for the political scientist. Studying political science can also lead to careers in the Government, in law, business, international organisations, non-governmental organisations or not-for-profit organisations, in campaign management and polling, journalism, and electoral politics. Campaigns and elections are one of the more obvious career choices. Traditional campaign jobs are generally found through individuals and local parties. Volunteering for a campaign or a local party will help you to get a paid position later.
Hope this helps!!!
