Hi Dhruv,
Your doubts are completely reasonable if you are really attempting your question with your complete will. Questions of advance and mains were never easy or else the cutoff of JEE would be 200. You have to just remember all the time that you are working one more year for the same exact exam you have this year, so you need to work hard because there are only 35000 seats approximately in IIT, NIT, IIIT. Keep your will high. Each doubt is the question that will bring you IIT. Your doubts are completely fine, they tell you that you really tried to attempt the question and also that what part of question is still not in your concept diary.

Hi Dhruv! !
Yeah! Its quite normal when you prepare for the toughest exam like JEE Advance and you have only one chance. The best way is to learn everything from the basics and develop conceptual understanding. Practice a lot, this will help you develop problem solving though process and tactical thinking. Start each chapter from basics and always see solved examples before trying any questions. Find problem solving shortcuts and tricks. Also improve calculation skills and learn approximation in calculation and even learn vedic maths if you wanna. Join a coaching if you can, and ask your doubts to teachers and remember, no doubt is a silly one. And also give some time to your hobbies. At the end of the year do alot of sample papers and previous years JEE Mains and Advanced.
All in all, your basic concepts should be crystal clear, your calculation should be fast and accurate, you should have a good exam temperament i.e. you should know how to face situations in an exam and to not panic. And you should have ample amount of practice.
There will be times when you will feel bad about having to drop a year but thats normal and happens with everybody. You should rather think about the good results waiting at the end of the year.
