Hi,

If you are willing to take admission through general category your rank should be within 1k-2k. As per the new rule the seats are reduced.

If you have filled the form through general and you are not getting the CS branch you can go for NRI spot round. But remember for NRI spot round your rank should be maximum 5–6k For CS branch.

Candidates with a minimum of 75% marks at +2 level of education (Intermediate,CBSE/ICSE/HSC/All State Boards or Equivalent) with science subjects Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible to apply.

For getting a seat in the NRI quota at CUSAT, there is no special eligibility criterion. Candidates with a valid rank in CUSAT CAT (common admission test) can get admission in those NRI quota seats.
