Frankly to say the cut off depends on the branch you choose and exam pattern is same for all the years while comes to exam pattern this university has 2 pattern
pattern 1 has objective with PCM subjects with 150 marks
while on the other hand pattern 2 for arch it contains drawings and all such stuff for full detailed answer kindly see the below link
