Students will be notified about course-wise cutoff soon after declaration of result.
KIITEE Cutoff 2017: Important Points
Candidates will be called for counselling for admission to a B.Tech course only if they score higher than the cutoff rank and cutoff marks announced for that course.
Candidates ranked higher in the cutoff list will be given preference in counselling.
The cutoff list will be announced shortly after declaration of KIITEE 2017 result on May 5, 2017 and qualified candidates will be notified about the same.
Guidelines behind the preparation of the KIITEE Cutoff list
The following points are taken into account when preparing the cutoff list of admission to various B.Tech courses at KIIT.
The number of candidates taking the exam
Seats available for the course for which admission is sought
Performance of candidates in the exam. If majority of candidates fares well in the exam, it will push up cutoff marks and vice versa.
