Hello Prachi,
Since only the MHT-CET scores are going to be accepted for engineering admissions from the academic year 2016-2017 , it doesn't matter how much you have got in 12th boards.
So, as electrical engineering seems to be your preferred branch, I'll tell you about your chances of getting electrical in COEP/VJTI/SPCE.
The last time CET scores were used for admissions in Maharashtra engineering colleges, COEP and VJTI had a cutoff of 172 marks for electrical engineering in the first round. SPCE had a cutoff of 167 marks.
So I think that waiting for the second round will be a good decision as your chances of getting SPCE are good.
You could also get into COEP or VJTI provided your luck is good ( trust me, luck plays a vital role).
The counselling round cutoffs are pretty low as there are not many students waiting till the counselling rounds and take admissions in the first or second round itself.
However the risk involved is too much.
If you really want VJTI or COEP and are ready to live some very tense moments in the counselling round, go for it!! ;)
Hope it helped.
