Dear Somi,

Each year the cut-off variates for each category and each state and each college due to factors like availability of seats, number of exam takers, level of difficulty of the exam. For the state West Bengal, state quota general category the minimum score at which one of the government colleges gave the medical seat to an aspirant was 479 ( Maldah Medical College, Maldah) for the year 2018. The cut off score varied between 563-479.
