I wanted to choose commerce, as that was my stream in XII. One of my school teachers had promised to get me into Vaishnav on sports quota but that fell through at the last minute leaving me very few options. Tried in Vivekananda, which had a cut-off of 97% for FC. Other options were all charging management quota (upto 35k), and we couldn't afford it, hence had to settle for what was available at that time. Sindhi college was a newly set up college, and not many had heard of it at that time. The admission process was simple - apply, pay fees, and get admission card. Fees was very affordable, no donation, and plenty of seats when I'd applied.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
One of the most important factor for choosing this college was the fee structure on offer. Total fees for the entire course was Rs.15000 approximately. College did not charge any deposit, capitation fees, donation. Since the college was new, a nominal amount was collected from students as building fees. Overall the fee structure was very affordable.
Hope, this information will helpful for you.Goodluck.
