As per your query about marks cutoff.. I would like to tell you it varies very year... It depends on lots of factors like difficulty level of paper and number of students getting that mark etc... It also depends on.. It will be different for Government, Private and Deemed medical colleges.... Also it will differ you applying from All india quota 15% or State quota 85%... Cut off of state quota is usually lower than all india quota.... Now in each of these quota its further divided into categories like OPEN/SC/ST/OBC..... Etc..
Hope it helps you.

The cut office search for general category is around the 50th percentile which would mean around 360 out of 724 Neet examinations, which renders you liable to apply for MBBS course in any of the private or government institutes across India affiliated to the Medical Council of India.
Of course the prerequisite being you must have obtained at least 50% in each of physics, chemistry and Biology in your class 12 board examinations and having overall passed in the Board examinations with an aggregate of a work 50% under general category in your class 12 board examination by the time you are called up for counselling for the Neet examinations of the respective year.
If you are appearing from the SC or St category this would be 40% instead of the aforesaid 50% and the percentile would drop from the 50th percentile to the 45th 40th percentile the marks ranging would depend somewhere around 250-280/720.
I'll do the ST cutoff sometimes has dropped to around 128 out of 720, a good advice would be trying to score above 400 on the minimum in order to try to secure a good MBBS or BDS seat across good colleges in India.
If you are appearing under the general category I would recommend you try scoring above 450 out of 720 to get into a decent Government Medical College.
In order to avail the elite suites across the best medical colleges of government category across India by the 15% all India quota your total should be somewhere above 500 if possible above 550 out of 720.
Score of above 450 but below 550 might get you into one of the recent colleges of government category in your state under the 85% state quota admissions.
thank you
