The cut-offs keep varying every year based on the number of students attempting the exam, number of students interested in the course etc and hence, it is hard to predict the exact cut-off.

Looking at the previous year data, we can say that if you belong to the home state quota you have a decent chance of getting CSE if you get a home state rank of around 4k . The cut-offs have been varying drastically as CSE is one of the most preferred courses.
