the NTA authorities will release the JEE Main 2019 cutoff long with the result on 30th April 2019.Exclusive cutoff list for the january JEE Mains will not be declared.Candidates can check the cutoff of JEE Main 2019 by logging into the result portal online.The JEE Main 2019 cutoff will be released category wise.

The cutoff percentile is not yet announced by National Testing Agency (NTA) and it cannot be estimated as it depends upon various factors.

I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce the precise percentile.
