Hello,
NEET cut off is institute specific. It is depending on number of seats available in a college, number of seats available in each branch, etc. There is no unique cut off, it varies from college to college, state to state and each category has different cut off. You can check the previous year NEET 15% AIQ cut off for various MBBS and BDS medical colleges here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges
Delhi has the highest cut off for the year 2019, 687 was the highest cut off for Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi for general category. This cut off changes every year depending on difficulty of exam, number of students appeared, number of sets available etc. It may increase or decrease. To have decent chances of getting seat in a government college you need to score minimum 580 marks if you belong to general category, 500 or above if you belong to OBC and if you belong to SC/ST category you need to score 480 or above to have decent chances.

The eligibility cutoff for applying through the NEET in various medical colleges was 135 marks previous year for the general category and 107 for reserved category. And then cutoffs can vary from college to college and state to state. Government medical colleges have higher cutoffs and then comes the private colleges and deemed universities. So Govt colleges usually have cutoffs in the range of 520 and above marks in most of the medical colleges. So you try your best to score in NEET maybe around 560-580 and even more to ensure your seat in a govt medical college.
Best wishes. Thank you.
