As may I inform you that nda cutoff depends on..

• Total number of candidates appearing in the exam
• Number of vacancies
• Exam difficulty level

So

Nda 1 has no relation  with the nda 2 2018  cutoff ie. There is no effect on nda 1 cutoff w.r.t nda 2 2018

So, nda 1 cutoff will rise above 360 or will be below it , depends on the points stated above and not on nda 2 cutoff.
