The cut-off changes every year. So it is difficult to predict the exact cut-off. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, whether you belong to any category or not. It varies from state to state. It differs from state quota seats to all india quota seats.
You haven't mentioned the state and the category you belong to also, so it's difficult to predict.
However, considering you as a general candidate you need to score above 520 to get admission in semi-goverment semi private medical colleges, however to get a semi government seat in bds college you need to score above 500.
