If you are seeking admission in AIIMS Delhi then as per previous year's cut-offs you should target for at least 700+ marks out of 720 in NEET UG 2022 if you belongs to General category but note that this data might change because of various factors like seat distribution might vary, number of candidates appearing, and many more might impact the cut-offs significantly, therefore it is recommended to wait till the closure of counselling of this year.
Now as you are preparing for NEET UG 2022 so you should set your target of at least 705-710+ out of 720 because even after considering all the variations this would be the decent score to secure your seat in AIIMS New Delhi.
