CW quota in Central universities for MBBS admission is for all India candidates or for Delhi domicile only?

Well as far as I know then the CW quota is for all the students and not just for any particular quota of students of a particular state. It is applicable to all and not just to Delhi students. I would still like to recommend you to stay alert and active for any notification.
