Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a 3 years full time graduate course which is divided into 6 semesters. Pharmaceutical science is concerned with the development and design of new medicines or drugs for medicinal and clinical purposes. This explores the different inputs of medicines, then how they work and how they can be designed, formulated, and tested. This study provides a wide range of understanding of all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.
Students with master’s degree or any equivalent degree in any stream of science in a relevant discipline of pharmacy or an equivalent with 60% of marks or above are eligible to apply Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical sciences. Master’s degree is required to gain admission to a doctoral program.
Selection process is based on the entrance test conducted by the reputed colleges.

The average fee for the students who join this course ranges between INR 5,000 to 3 lacs based on their performance in the selection process.
This course allows students to acquire knowledge as well as practical skills needed, learning related to laboratory instruments used while doing analysis. Students have to submit dissertation in which they create, design, and develop the drug analysis and produce the report for future use.

Dear Urvashi, Ph.D. in Pharmacy is a 3-year full-time doctoral course divided into 6 semesters. Minimum eligibility for pursuance of the course is the successful completion of post-graduation in Pharmacy, completed from a recognized university.
The course’s curriculum includes both theoretical instruction and practical exposure, such as advanced practical experiences, completion of eight rotations.
