Hello,
The Diploma in Pharmacy is a two-year, entry-level diploma programme in pharmacy. This course is appropriate for students interested in pursuing a long-term career in the medical sector of pharmaceutical sciences, beginning with entry-level employment.
This curriculum is designed to prepare applicants to work in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other pharmacies under the supervision of a licenced pharmacist.
Students interested in pursuing a Diploma in Pharmacy must meet the following requirements.
The candidate must have graduated from a recognised board with a Class 12 or equivalent.
Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics must have been studied as required subjects.
The candidate must have an overall grade point average of at least 50%.
Candidates from the SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer), differently abled, and other categories will receive a 10% mark reduction.
Admission to the course is generally determined by a candidate's performance on an entrance exam. GPAT, AU AIMEE, and other important admission examinations are used for this reason. Some colleges also provide merit-based admission.
Hope it helped
