Dadi Institute of Engineering & Technology (DIET) is a self-financing Engineering College Established in 2006. It is sponsored by The Sarada Educational Trust which is established by an academician, former minister, and opposition leader of the State Legislative Council of  Andhra Pradesh Sri Dadi Veerabhadra Rao. His sole objective is to empower the rural youth with high-quality cutting-edge technical education for the development of the region and subsequently the Nation. The college is making greater strides in the field of technical education and has emerged as a preferred institute under Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The campus is located adjacent to  National Highway-16 at Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.

The college is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and it is permanently affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
